  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • The item is not a final sale, custom-made, or personalised.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customised or made-to-order products

  • Used textiles or jewellery

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

3. Refund Process

  4. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by your bank or provider.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a free return or replacement.
